Yogi is a client to remember. He and his family moved here from the east coast to start a new dental practice. They decided to move into the house they owned and used as a rental property.

The property 1s over 3,000 square feet. I has great bones and amazing architectural details, it just needed an update. With the a small window of time and a lot to do. Yogi decided to focus on key parts of the home. Paint throughout, new flooring in certain areas, redesign the fireplace, remodel the master bathroom and install new baseboards and crown mounding throughout.
So we started the design process. Selecting finish material, and landing on a final layout for the master bathroom , Yogi got his contractor and the work began. Now, like most projects the client always adds more once construction starts. LOL. It almost, always happens. During the add on, we decided to remove the seating in front of the fireplace isn’t he family room, build up the focal wall, and filling in a architectural feature that no longer went with the home.
Now to the main focus of the remodel, the master bathroom.

We took the master bathroom down to the studs, removed all cabinets, flooring and soffits. We expanded the master shower, removed the soffit to raise the total height, installed floor to wall tile, and indulged in a freestanding tub. Custom cabinets and glass for the wall cabinets, marble backsplash floor to ceiling, and glass backlite medicine cabinets. The end result was amazing. Yogi loved the upgrades so much, we will be starting our next phase soon as well as updating the exterior of his home. Another happy client for the books.
